Thanks to Everyone for a Wonderful Gala!

Last Saturday Northfielders rallied together to support the 11th annual Laura Baker Services Gala, this year held at Carleton College's Great Hall. 200 guests enjoyed over 100 auction items, both silent and live, auctioneered by our own Wayne Eddy. The French-inspired menu was designed by Ed and Anne Lundstrom, with Arlen and Rachel Malecha as co-chairs. This year's theme was "The Power of WE". Speakers included Executive director Sandra Gerdes, local businessman Bill Cowles, LBSA household director Jacque Marin and one client who lives semi-independently in the community.

Many, many thanks to the local businesses who donated.
