On Thursday Robb Jacobson is speaking in Mudd Hall at Carleton at 4:30. Marjorie Welish is reading her poetry from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the Gould Library Athenaeum at Carleton. ChARTdonnay is happening as usual from 5-8 p.m. at the ArtOnWater gallery. Help Wanted is being performed in Buntrock Commons at St. Olaf at 7 p.m. From 7:30-9 there is a Chesley Lecture in Olin Happ Room 149 at Carleton. In Urness Recital Hall at St. Olaf there is a Piano Pre-Tour Concert at 8:15. Roster McCabe is playing the Rueb at 9 and The Tavern Lounge is hosting Mark Mraz.
There is a Convocation by Joseph Melros from 10:50-11:50 a.m. in Skinner Chapel at Carleton on Friday. The River Bend Ramble is happening starting at 5:30 at River Bend Nature Center. Occasional Jazz is playing the Contented Cow at 5:30. Cemetery Stories are happening at Oaklawn Cemetery from 5:30-7:30 p.m. From 6:30-9:30 at Thorn Crest Farm there is a Fall Harvest Festival Candlelight Evening. The Japanese Animation Festival begins at ArtOrg at 7:30 p.m. There is a Faculty Recital from 8-9:30 in Concert Hall at Carleton. Marty Anderson & The Goods are playing the Contented Cow at 8:30. The Tavern Lounge is hosting Norwegian Cowboy.
On Saturday there is a Faculty Recital at 3 p.m. in Concert Hall at Carleton. The Fall Festival is going on downtown. Eggmen is playing The Contented Cow and Jon Manners is playing The Tavern Lounge.
There is a Faculty Recital at 3 p.m. in Concert Hall at Carleton on Sunday. The Contented Cow is hosting Quiz Night at 4, Politics and a Pint at 6:30 and Northern Roots Session at 7:30.
